Job postings should be written as advertisements to attract quality applicants. Job postings are akin to landing pages on a website. To achieve top ranking in search engines and job boards, they must be search engine optimized with good job posting keywords. Without proper keyword placement (aka the job title) and proper density, search engines will defer to competitive job posts that provide more search relevant content.
