DISC Profile Success Performance SolutionsProception2 DISC Profiles are live!  Redesigning, rewriting, and recalibrating Version 4.0 has been a long and challenging project. But we’re really excited about the new look…and the response of our clients has exceeded expectations.

So what’s improved?

  • First of all the new report has a “business” feel and look.
  • The cover page has been redesigned.
  • We’ve put color throughout the report so it’s easier to read and understand.
  • The font size has been increased for more “mature” eyes!
  • A user friendly Introduction page with color coded traits has been added highlighting each DISC style.
  • Page headers are better defined and separated from an individual’s personal report.
  • Word Portrait pages now feature high and low side DISC behavior.
  • New DISC graph page with the Primary Style moved to the Left Side of the graph. (This makes the Primary and Adjusted Style graphs easier to understand, as we read from left to right).
  • The Intensity of DISC Behaviors has been updated to include color for each DISC behavior.
  • The Style Map has been repositioned on the page from Landscape to Portrait.
  • In the key of the Style Map, it will now show a DISC bar graph representing the Graph Shape (1 through 60) for the individual represented by the star on the Style Map.
  • A new Action Plan page is incorporated into the new report.

That’s just the beginning.
