All Ready to Manage assessments are available in two forms. First, as a downloadable PDF booklet in which individuals can complete the questionnaire by hand, and then read the interpretive notes which follow. Secondly, assessments are available online (we supply the login and password) and the report is generated automatically. The advantage in this option is that all of the assessments can be taken in “self” format, 180-degree format (the person and his/her manager) and in 360-degree format (which adds in up to 10 additional raters such as peers or subordinates).
