World of Work Inventory for students, graduates,unemployed, or burned-out employees

The World of Work Inventory (WOWI) is a multivocational career assessment instrument derived from the U.S. Department of Labor’s database. The three basic parts of the WOWI are designed to measure the individual uniqueness related to specific job tasks, worker trait characteristics, and desired life style.

The Career Interest Activities section explores the individual’s preferences for tasks and activities relevant to the jobs in which most people engage.

The Job Satisfaction Indicators section includes the 12 temperament factors listed in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles and is specifically related to the worker placement and adjustment.

The Vocational Training Potentials section measures the possession of the entry level skills or the possible potentials for benefiting from further training.
