Deb will conclude the discussion with a legal perspective on the current state of do’s and don’ts relating to recruiting, social media, background checks, and pre-hire testing. Deb is Vice President of Murray Securus Human Resources Solutions and an attorney with more than 25 years of experience in both private litigation and as in-house counsel with Carpenter Technology, concentrating primarily on labor and employment matters.
