Success Performance Solutions (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes what information we collect through https://www.successperformancesolutions.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
The short version

- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We collect personal information only when you choose to submit a form, make a purchase, or subscribe to our emails.
Information we collect
Forms and purchases. When you submit a form — to contact us, register for a service, subscribe to a newsletter, or purchase an assessment — we collect the details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, company, and message. If you make a purchase, payment is processed by PayPal or Authorize.Net; we never see or store your full card number.
Service providers we share form data with. Depending on the form you submit, your information may be passed to service providers who help us run our business:

These providers process your data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Kinsta) automatically records standard technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — for security monitoring and site operations.
Spam protection. Form submissions are screened by CleanTalk, an anti-spam service, which processes the submission content and the sender’s IP address solely to detect spam. See https://cleantalk.org/publicoffer.
Cookies. This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. A cookie consent banner lets you review and control the strictly necessary cookies the site uses. Some pages load media assets from content delivery networks (such as our image CDN and video player), which receive your IP address as part of serving those files.
Email marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send email through Mailchimp. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
Your rights (including California residents)
We do not sell or “share” (as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act) personal information, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months. You may request that we:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information
