What Should You Expect?

There is no question that I can support you in becoming even more incredible. Helping others succeed by giving them the right tools and placing people in the right jobs in the right companies at the right time is what I love to do! I’d also like to say that RM4AR is the culmination of a 30-month pursuit to blueprint the ultimate “how-to-deliver-spectacular-candidate-experience.” But “culmination” suggests this course has a beginning and an end; that if you watch my videos, read articles, and take the quizzes, you’ll learn all you need to know to master the candidate experience. Unfortunately, that would be an exaggeration, maybe even a little white lie because…  

Delivering great candidate experience as it turns out isn’t a destination, but a journey. There is no end. It requires perpetual learning, continuous feedback, and ongoing updates. As I wrote in my book Recruiting in the Age of Googlization, the line between reality and science fiction keeps getting blurred. Throughout the development of the course, the finish line for this course kept moving. I’d prepare the script, interview an expert, and record the video. But as soon as I could check off another lesson on my list, one more opportunity popped up or a Google update was introduced. My course outline kept growing. The more I researched, the more interviews I conducted. The more I learned, the more content I was motivated to create.
