Is there a long term contract?
No. We work with both small businesses and large organizations who sometimes just need to test a few candidates. The minimum purchase is 10 credits (1 credit per test) and you have 24 months to use them.
Do you offer discounts for high volume users?
Yes. We offer discounts for 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 and more. But we also offer an annual unlimited use subscription. Pricing for the Elite pre-hire test is based on employee count or anticipated usage.
Are there additional fees to get started and trained?
No. When you make a purchase at Success Performance Solutions, account set-up, basic training and support is included in our fees. Of course there are services that some clients request such as customized testing or advanced reporting (analytics) that may require additional fees. But that’s a rare occurrence.
How long does it take to get set-up to test candidates?
Typically it takes less than 1 business day. But on occasion, a client needed to start testing the same day. While we prefer longer, we’ll get you testing candidates as soon as possible.
Do we need to get certified to use Elite Pre-Employment Testing?
No. Our reports were written for HR and hiring managers. No certification or special training is required. But we do encourage every client to attend an online training scheduled at your convenient and to contact whenever a question arises. We also post videos to our YouTube library.
How long does it take us to get results?
As soon as a candidate completes the questionnaire and submits his/her responses, you will receive an email with the results.
Can candidates complete the Elite pre-hire test on paper?
No. All testing is online.
How long does it take for a candidate to complete the assessments?
That varies according to the assessment. We offer a few that take only 5 to 6 minutes. Others might take up to 30-45 times. Most are untimed so a candidate could take longer. We can also customize tests using our “build-your-test” to shorten tests for the best candidate experience. The only exception is our Intellect, Reasoning, and Mechanical Aptitude tests which are timed.
Can Elite tests be completed on mobile devices?
Yes. A candidate can complete the questionnaires on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We do recommend however than any timed assessment (cognitive) be completed with a mouse and keyboard when possible.
